Snow removal agreement. Snow removal is a separate service and is not included in standard monthly property-maintenance plans. This agreement applies only to the snow services selected below.

3. Snowfall allowance, drifts & unmeasurable snow
Each snow-removal plan includes up to 3 inches of total snowfall per calendar month, measured for the service property. Additional clearing beyond the monthly allowance is billed at $50 per hour per property. This additional-snow charge is not discounted under any multi-service bundle offer.
Drifting snow and uneven accumulation are considered when assessing total snow conditions at the property and will be addressed as needed. Where snowfall cannot be reliably measured or accumulation is irregular/unmeasurable, the snowfall amount will be determined using reported accumulations from a reliable news or weather source, such as local weather reporting or NOAA. The source used may be recorded for the service event.
4. Service timing & conditions
Service timing depends on storm duration, road conditions, safety, equipment, and route scheduling. J.A.K.K.’s will make reasonable efforts to service the property as conditions allow but cannot guarantee a precise arrival time or bare pavement. Snow may continue to accumulate after service. Ice control, sanding, salting, hauling, and roof snow removal are excluded unless specifically listed in writing.
5. Access & customer responsibilities
Customer will identify the exact areas to clear, provide safe access, disclose hidden obstacles and hazards, mark property boundaries and low objects where practical, and move vehicles or other obstructions where possible. J.A.K.K.’s is not responsible for hidden items buried by snow or hazards not disclosed by the customer.
6. Payment, extra work & bundle discounts

Any multi-service discount applies only when expressly stated in the applicable service agreement or service page and only to eligible recurring service charges. Extra snowfall charges, additional labor, and materials are excluded from discounts unless specifically agreed in writing.
7. Weather, cancellation & limitations
Severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, road closures, or events outside reasonable control may delay service. Either party may cancel with ______ days’ written notice, subject to the written seasonal term and charges for services already performed. Snow and ice conditions can remain slippery after service; no guarantee is made that every surface will be completely free of snow or ice. Nothing in this agreement limits liability where prohibited by law.
8. Customer acknowledgment & signatures
Customer confirms they reviewed the selected plan, included allowance, extra-snow rate, service areas, exclusions, and terms and authorize the agreed snow-removal services.
