Monthly allowance: plan includes clearing for up to 3 inches of total snowfall per calendar month. Clearing beyond the allowance—above 3 inches total—is extra at $50 per hour per property, billed for actual additional work. Snow drifts count toward the allowance. When accumulation cannot be measured on site, a recognized local news/weather accumulation report may be used to determine totals.

Snow service uses shovels and snowblowers as appropriate for the property and conditions. Visit frequency, service area, triggers, access limitations, and the monthly cap must be recorded in the signed agreement. The monthly plan is not an unlimited number of visits.
